It was time to maintain the asphalt on this commercial parking lot. The team cleaned the entire pavement surface and treated the oil spots. We then laid 761,000 sqft of sealcoat followed by restriping the parking lot. The parking lot markings included red curbs, speed bumps, ADA markings, unique stencils, and 1,800 parking stalls.
