This project needed parking and site upgrades to become ADA Compliant. The team removed and replaced about 1,600 sqft of concrete, including sidewalks and curb ramps. The work included removing selected striping, markings, and wheel stops to provide new striping and parking symbols, new signposts, and accessible EV signage. After our concrete work, the asphalt followed up with 5,800 sqft of asphalt, mostly patching back areas. Our sealcoat crew scraped off old striping and applied sealcoat in 3 areas with new striping layouts. We completed the project by laying down pavement markings per the plans.
