This industrial park needed repairs done on its parking lot and roadway. There is a high volume of truck traffic traveling on this asphalt, as you can tell by the tire marks on the fresh asphalt from the dirt lot next door. In some locations, there was only gravel and no existing asphalt. We removed and replaced approximately 51,250 sqft of asphalt in 3 areas at 6″ thick. Ensuring the asphalt was strong enough to hold up over time with the heavy traffic. We have done a few other projects with this team at this location.
