Our work at commercial and industrial sites is extensive but our experience with homeowner association projects dates back even further with American Asphalt’s first projects nearly 40 years ago. Your assigned estimator will partner with the HOA leadership to understand communities’ expectations and develop a scope of work to match your needs. Our detailed proposal packages including site maps and photo documentation to clearly help layout the project scope to match your budget requirements. Clear communications will be sent to residents to prepare for the arrival of our production team – a well-trained group of skilled tradesmen who will mark of safe work zones for the entire community and their guests to navigate even during the most involved projects. We will work closely with the property management team to ensure minimal disruption to the community including providing alternative routes and access points to maintain access when possible. We ensure timely, efficient project completion working with residents all the way through so they can be thrilled with the quality product and lasting result.
